1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swapin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Swapin is a marketplace that facilitates the exchange of physical assets between verified members. Our team acts as neutral custodians during the swap process.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use Swapin. You must complete identity verification before conducting trades.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information about all assets you declare
• Maintain the physical condition of assets as described at time of declaration
• Comply with all platform rules and applicable Nigerian law
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct

5. Platform Fees

Swapin charges a 5% platform fee on the net settlement value of each completed swap. This fee is deducted automatically at settlement.

6. Asset Custody

Once an asset is received by our team, it is held in custody until the swap is completed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of declaration.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised within 7 days of trade completion. Our team will review all evidence and issue a binding resolution within 14 business days.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or represent a risk to other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swapin is not liable for market value changes, third-party logistics failures, or indirect losses arising from platform use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
