Platform Fees
The 5% platform fee charged on completed swaps is non-refundable once a trade has been executed and both parties have confirmed delivery.
Cancelled Swaps
If a swap is cancelled before physical handover is confirmed, any wallet funds held will be returned to the originating account within 3–5 business days.
Disputes
All disputes must be raised within 7 days of the trade completion date. Contact support with your trade reference number.
